1. Processing and Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on national holidays or Sundays.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart) and may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions or logistical issues.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you make a payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link along with the AWB number will be sent to your registered Email ID (ankitjat543@gmail.com) and mobile number via SMS. You can monitor your shipment status in real-time.
